The Kenya mining week expo & conference

Kenya Mining and Expo Week's 2023 theme was "Promoting an Inclusive Approach in Kenya's Mining Sector to Drive Economic Growth." Over 200 attendees from the public and business sectors attended the expo to discuss the most recent mining-related concerns.

Delegates had the chance to network and gain the most recent knowledge on available investment opportunities, financing, identifying bankable ASM projects, advancing ESG and equity, accelerating Kenya's energy transition, critical minerals, and the future of the workforce from executives, license holders, front-line stakeholders, and government, among others.

The conference was held at the Radisson Blu hotel from July 17 through July 21, 2023.

Positioning Kenya and Africa as a strategic mining investment destination was one of the expo's main goals.
