Commercial Law - General

The body of legislation that governs the rights, interactions, and behavior of people and businesses engaged in commerce, merchandising, trade, and sales is known as commercial law, also known as mercantile law or trade law. It addresses both private and public law issues and is frequently regarded as a subset of civil law.

Mining Law

The President of Kenya signed this Act on May 6, 2016. The Act's main goal is to implement the Constitution's Articles 60, 62 (1)(f), 66 (2), 69, and 71 insofar as they pertain to minerals. It also makes provisions for exploring, mining, processing, refining, treating, transporting, and other dealings in minerals.

Criminal Law - General

While the primary goal of civil law is to right wrongs committed in private transactions, the primary goal of criminal law is to find violations of the Criminal Code.

Property, Conveyancing, Land Landlord & Tenant Law

Drafting, analyzing, and negotiating contracts; buying or selling commercial, industrial, and retail real estate, including off-the-plan projects. 
The transfer of estates and interests in land through a legal procedure is known as conveyancing.

Constitutional and Human Rights Law

Human rights is the central theme of the Constitution. The Preamble recognises “the aspirations of all Kenyans for a government based on the essential values of human rights, equality, freedom, democracy, social justice and the rule of law”.

Oil and Gas Law

The branch of law that oversees the extraction of oil and gas is known as oil and gas law. Who has the right to dig for oil and gas is determined by oil and gas regulations. It establishes the regulations that oil and gas miners must adhere to.
